Meet the Team

Tom Carter   ~   CEO​

Tom Carter is also President of Carter Consulting, a private government affairs consulting firm, successfully representing the interests of numerous well-known local and national corporations.  Tom has been involved in the healthcare field for well over a decade.  He grew a not for profit physicians’ advocacy association from one state to over 20 states in support of physician ownership of healthcare facilities.  He has also represented hospitals, home health companies, and McKesson Health Care Company in multiple states. Most notably, Tom is a 30-year political veteran having worked with Senator Roy Blunt from Missouri for 26 years from the beginning of Roy Blunts political career as Secretary of State.  An accomplished and effective leader, he served on the advance team for President George W. Bush in Missouri for eight years. An Eagle Scout himself, for many years Tom served on the board of the local Boy Scouts of America and continues to be a member on the Heart of America Council in Kansas City.

Katie J. Boyer  ~   Principal/President​

Co-founder of Telecare Global, LLC, Katie possesses more than 30 years of experience in healthcare services for older adults and caregivers.  Her areas of expertise include start-ups, operations, consulting, quality improvement, development and marketing of healthcare services and innovative health technologies that address the needs of home care, assisted living, and long-term care and post-acute marketplace. She has worked with 7 start-ups. These technologies include in-home health monitoring, medication management, and safety and security technology. Previously, Katie has directed the Healthcare Marketing and Business Development for a large continuing care retirement community.  She directed technical guidance and support to health services administrative leaders in the development of business, marketing, and media plans.  Her work included directing the business development and marketing efforts for the Health Services Division including the 400-person skilled nursing facility with focus on transitional care, outpatient services, assisted living, regional home health agency, hospice, and private duty.

Greg Corpier   ~   Principal/VP of Technology Solutions and Strategy

Co-founder of Telecare Global, LLC, Greg possesses over 30 years of experience integrating technology and services in many fields.  After creating point of sale systems for two national franchises, Greg then turned his talents to creating assistive products for those with physical and/or mental disabilities.  In 2001 he released RALPH, a computerized home assistant utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI), adaptive speech recognition and environmental monitoring for safety and security.  In 2003, he improved RALPH by adding the ability to proactively monitor through its sensors activities of daily living (ADL) and through the AI analysis provide caregiver alerts of potential issues long before they culminated in an acute incident. Greg has worked incorporating his vast experience in making technology simple to operate, and integrating it with services and processes to complete entire solutions for complex problems.  Greg has also volunteered for many organizations, including more than thirty years with Special Olympics.  He has served as a board member of West Central Independent Living Center (Missouri) and consulted for the Joseph P. Kennedy Jr. Foundation.

Michael DeMille, MBA, PMP, CET, CSSBB ~ VP of Project Management

Michael has spent over twenty years leading private and public organizations in the areas of Project Management, Product Management, Strategy, Revenue Planning, Cost Reduction, Process Improvement, Customer Support, Marketing, Manufacturing Operations & Supply Chain, Business Development, Account Management, Mergers & Acquisitions and Engineering.  He has been directly responsible for annual budgets exceeding $200M in companies such as Tyco, DSC, inControl Systems and as a private consultant.  Michael has experience in Home Healthcare, Residential & Commercial Physical Security, Access Control, Video, Fire Detection & Suppression, Home Monitoring & Automation, Energy Management, Wireless and Cellular technologies, Web and Mobile application development & user experiences as well as Hosted, Managed and Cloud services. 

He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and has achieved designations of Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management Professional, Certified Engineering Technologist and Certified Pragmatic Marketer.

David R. Henrichs, MBA   ~   Vice President Strategy and Marketing

Dave’s professional career has progressed in responsibility and leadership within business development, marketing and operations disciplines in several industries; most recently with both for-profit and not-for-profit large healthcare organizations across the care continuum (e.g. senior living, home health, hospice, telehealth technology-based resources).  His experience includes leadership roles within hospital-based systems, continuous care retirement communities (CCRC), and a national home health and hospice organization.   Dave has played an integral role in launching post-acute, telehealth and telemedicine business initiatives for three companies. Dave adds value through developing and executing strategic, integrated sales and marketing plans that help organizations exceed their financial and mission goals.  He has forged relationships and other strategic partnerships in order to help build organizations that are positioned to make a significant positive impact for our country’s healthcare system.
